        硫酸厂的过程控制需对气态二氧化硫(SO2)进行可靠地监测。监测二氧化硫(SO2)的挑战归咎于其腐蚀性的环境及二氧化硫(SO2)的高浓度。在整个过程中要监测多处并传送采样气体是非常困难的。其范围值随二氧化硫(SO2)浓度的变化而变化,最高可达15%VOL至几个mg/m3。

       世驰科技提供的SO2监测解决方案采用DOAS (差分吸收光谱法)的Opsis系统是一条开放式光径,无须接触被监测气体的监测系统,就不会受化学制造过程中的气体、高温和微粒的影响。OPSIS可以满足过程控制对响应速度的要求,同时具有高准确性、高可靠性和很强的数据采集处理能力。

       世驰科技提供的系统维护量低,服务周期一般为3-6个月。系统采用非接触式差分吸收光谱法(DOAS),使用一条光路贯穿整个管道。光束通过光纤传输到分析仪,而这个分析仪又同时监测几个路径。

       除了监测二氧化硫(SO2),还可测量其它的气体因子,如三氧化硫(SO3)、水(H2O)、氧气(O2)。

Background of the Proposal

The indiscriminate discharge of waste can seriously harm human health. Sulfur dioxide is a significant source of acid rain, which has a profound impact on and causes severe damage to both the Earth's ecological environment and human society's economy.

The process control of a sulfuric acid plant requires reliable monitoring of gaseous sulfur dioxide (SO2). The challenges in monitoring sulfur dioxide (SO2) stem from its corrosive environment and high concentration. It is extremely difficult to monitor multiple points and transmit sampled gas throughout the entire process. The range of values varies with the concentration of sulfur dioxide (SO2), ranging from up to 15% VOL to several mg/m3.

Overview of the solution

        The SO2 monitoring solution provided by Shichi Technology utilizes the Opsis system based on DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy), which features an open optical path and operates without direct contact with the monitored gas. As a result, it remains unaffected by gases, high temperatures, and particulates encountered during chemical manufacturing processes. Opsis meets the response speed requirements for process control, while also boasting high accuracy, reliability, and robust data acquisition and processing capabilities.

        The system provided by Shichi Technology requires minimal maintenance and typically has a service cycle of 3-6 months. The system employs non-contact differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) and utilizes a single optical path that runs through the entire pipeline. The light beam is transmitted to the analyzer via optical fibers, which simultaneously monitors multiple paths.

        In addition to monitoring sulfur dioxide (SO2), other gaseous factors such as sulfur trioxide (SO3), water (H2O), and oxygen (O2) can also be measured.
